Brett Favre is a Hall of Fame quarterback and member of the NFL Top 100 All-Time Team.  He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2nd round of the 1991 NFL Draft and spent his rookie season as a backup.  In 1992, he was traded to the Green Bay Packers and became the starter four games into the season.  This began an incredible streak resulting in Brett Favre setting the record for consecutive starts at 297 games (321 including the playoffs).  At the time of his retirement, he was the all-time leader in passing yards, passing touchdowns and quarterback wins; all three records have since been broken.

Below is a look at some of Brett Favre’s career accomplishments and highlights.

  • 11x Pro Bowl
  • 3x All-Pro
  • 3x MVP
  • 1x Super Bowl Champion

Brett Favre’s rookie card is in the 1991 Stadium Club set alongside fellow Pro Bowler Ricky Watters.  Throughout the years, he has been great to fans and from time to time will sign for free TTM.  However, he is a guaranteed success if you make a $100 donation to his foundation.  I purchased a raw card on eBay and sent it in a bubble mailer along with a blue sharpie and donation.  The card turned out perfectly and the autograph received a PSA GEM 10 auto grade.
