Julius Erving is a Hall of Fame small forward and a member of the NBA Top 50 of All-Time Team. He spent two years at the University of Massachusetts before seeking a “hardship” that would allow him to be eligible for the ABA Draft. At the time, the NBA did not allow teams to draft players that were not at least 4 years removed from college. Julius Erving is considered one of the greatest players of all-time and championships in both leagues. He is the only player to be named MVP in the both the ABA and NBA.

Julius Erving’s rookie card is in the 1972 Topps set alongside fellow Hall of Famers George McGinnis, Artis Gilmore and Phil Jackson. I purchased a PSA 4 slabbed rookie card on eBay and cracked it open and sent it into a paid signing. The card turned out awesome!
