Philip Rivers’ preferred rookie card is in the 2004 Topps Chrome set alongside Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger and Larry Fitzgerald. Throughout the years, he was very hit or miss TTM. I purchased a couple raw cards on eBay and sent them in a bubble mailer and fortunately they came back signed in about a month.
