Jimmy Jones is a former All-Star guard and a member of the ABA All-Time Team.  He was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets with the 13th pick in the 1967 NBA Draft, however he was also the 1st pick in the 1967 ABA Draft.  Ultimately, he decided to play for the New Orleans Buccaneers of the ABA.  He spent 7 years in the ABA and was one of the league’s best players as he averaged nearly 20 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds per game.  Jimmy Jones finally joined the NBA as a member of the Baltimore Bullets, playing in 3 seasons before retiring.
