Isiah Thomas is a Hall of Fame guard and one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history. He was drafted by the Detroit Pistons with the 2nd pick in the 1981 NBA Draft. Prior to his NBA career, Isiah Thomas led the Indiana Hooisers to the 1981 NCAA championship as a sophomore. He played his entire professional career with the Pistons, while leading the “Bad Boys” to back-to-back championships in the late 1980s.

Isiah Thomas’ rookie card is part of the iconic 1986 Fleer set. This set includes rookie cards from fellow Hall of Famers; Michael Jordan, Joe Dumars, Patrick Ewing, Chris Mullin, Karl Malone, James Worthy and Charles Barkley. Last month, I participated in a paid signing and I purchased a PSA 7 that I cracked open to get signed. A majority of the cards printed for the 1986 Fleer set are widely off-center so I wanted to get one that had more eye-appeal . The card turned out great and the autograph was perfectly centered.
Currently there are only 32 autographed Isiah Thomas 1986 Fleer rookie cards in the PSA registry.
