Tim Raines is a Hall of Fame outfielder.  He was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 5th round of the 1977 MLB Draft.  Along with Rickey Henderson, Tim Raines is considered one of the greatest leadoff hitters of all-time.  He finished his career with over 2,500 hits with nearly a .300 batting average.  In addition, he is 5th all-time in steals with 808.
